Monday:
Breakfast: Fried Eggs, Sauteed Swiss Chard with Garlic, Sliced Heirloom Cherry Tomatoes, Sliced Apples
Lunch: Leftover Miso Soup with Clams and Wakame
Dinner: Chicken & Vegetable Soup, Green Salad with Yogurt & Herb Dressing, Sliced Cucumbers
Snacks: Apples, Cheese, Kohlrabi
To Do: Make Sour Pickles, Render Lard, Soak Pecans

Tuesday: Meat
Breakfast: Kefir-peach Smoothie
Lunch: Leftover Chicken & Vegetable Soup, Sliced Cucumbers with Yogurt & Herb Dressing
Dinner: Wine-braised Brisket with Tzimmes, Reduction Sauce, LF Homemade Horseradish, Green Salad with Olive Oil & Vinegar, Steamed Baby Squash, GAPS-friendly Carrot Cake
Snacks: Apples, Cheese, Radishes
To Do: Make Kimchi, Dry Pecans, Make Garlic Mayonnaise, Thaw Shrimp, Boil Eggs, Dry Mushrooms

Wednesday: Shellfish
Breakfast: Fried Eggs, Sauteed Swiss Chard with Garlic, Sliced Heirloom Cherry Tomatoes, Sliced Apples
Lunch: Leftover Brisket with Garlic Mayonnaise, Green Salad with Oil & Vinegar
Dinner: Chili-rubbed Shrimp, Tomato, Avocado & Sweet Corn Salad, Green Salad with Garden Herb Dressing, Peaches with Yogurt & Mint
Snacks: Cheese, Pecans, Apples
To Do: Soak liver in milk, Thaw Ground Beef, Make Egg Salad, Prep Fermented Bittermelon, Freeze Baby Squash

Thursday: Organ Meat
Breakfast: Beef & Potato Hash, Fried Eggs, Garlic Mayonnaise
Lunch: Pesto Egg Salad over Greens, Sliced Cucumbers, Fresh Heirloom Tomatoes with Basil, Peaches
Dinner: Meat Loaf with Liver, Mushroom Gravy, Sauteed Swiss Chard with Garlic, Crushed Potatoes with Garlic. GAPS-friendly Carrot Cake
Snacks: Cheese, Pecans, Apples
To Do: Make Popcorn, Culture Water Kefir, Culture Kombucha, Make Gravlax, Freeze Ice Cream Cannister

Friday: Road Trip
Breakfast: Bacon & Herb Fritatta, Heirloom Tomato & Cucumber Salad
Lunch: OUT
Dinner: OUT
Snacks: Cheese, Apples, Pecans, Peaches, Dried Fruit, Popcorn with Nutritional Yeast
To Do: TOO BUSY

Saturday: Meat
Brunch: Whole grain Buttermilk Biscuits, Butter, Honey, Fried Eggs, Pork Sausage, Greens with Garlic, Tomato Salad
Dinner: Sage-rubbed Pork Chops, Probiotic Apple & Beet Relish, Green Salad with Garden Herb Dressing, Peach Ice Cream
Snacks:
To Do: Marinate eggplant, Dry Any Remaining Peaches

Sunday: Roast
Breakfast: Kefir-peach Smoothies
Lunch: Any leftovers not previously eaten. If leftovers are gone, OUT at the market.
Dinner: Minimalist Roast Chicken, VEG TBD.
Snacks: OUT at market
